PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY TAKING THE SERVICE OF SPA VERSANTE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

Please consult with your physician before taking any services, using any facility or equipment when you are not sure if it suitable to your health condition.
Please call to make your reservation, please give at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation and/or re-arrangement, or no show fee will be charged ($50 for reservations up to 2 hours, $100 for reservations over 2 hours).
Please arrived 20-30 minutes before your treatment time, so you can enjoy a shower and our steam and infrared sauna facilities. If you are late for your appointment, your treatment will still be finish at the same time.
You can access to the locker, shower, steam room, infrared room before and after your treatment for free. Please note that these facilities is not open to the public and whenever you are not having a treatment.
We prepared the clean slippers, beauty wrap/bath wrap, bath towel, hand towel, disposable underwear and shower cap, basic shower and skin care products for your convenient. You are welcome to use whatever you need, but please do not waist. Please put the used towels in our recycle basket.
Please remove your Jewelry before your treatment, and keep your belongings safe, we are not responsible for any loss or damage.
We do not provide the service to keep or pass on any personal products to others.
All the treatment are 1 to 1 services, please be advised that your friends and families are not allowed in the treatment rooms during your treatment.
If you have any health issues, please DO let us know before your treatment. If you feel any uncomfortable during your treatment, please let your esthetician know ASAP.
Please be advised, that we do not offer service with your own product. All the products we are using in store are health Canada approved and are well selected by us through all the top brands from all over the world. Even though, we could not GUARANTEE that you won’t be allergic to our products nor our products/machines will help to improve your appearance.
Please leave the locker key at the front desk when you check out. We do need them to be sent back if your accidentally bring it home.
Please do not bring children under 12 into the treatment area.
Please do not bring pet into the Spa.
Business hours may be temporarily or permanently modified due to various reason.

請仔細閱讀以下細則。如欲享用SPA VERSANTE所提供的服務，您務必同意及遵守以下規則。SPA VERSANTE保留修訂細則內容的權利。Covid-19期间到馆接受服务前请务必详阅到馆前须知并通过过滤问卷调查，到馆后请遵循工作人员指导，保持安全距离和做好手消毒并配合好馆内防疫措施，并遵守口罩社交。

當不確定使用身·活館某項服務、設施或設備是否會對我的身體狀況產生不良的影響的時候，需先咨詢家庭醫生。
療程時間需提前預約，取消及更改預約需提前24小時通知，否則需將另外收取手續費$50/次(2小时以内)、$100/次（2小時以上）。
請於療程前20-30分鐘抵達，以便更衣洗塵及享用桑拿、蒸汽暖身。為保障下一位客人權益，遲到的客人療程時間自動縮減，恕无法延後或補時。
Spa館储物柜、單間淋浴、遠紅外線汗蒸房、蒸汽浴室、電位儀等設施，療程前後均可免費使用。為保證會員享用Spa館服務的質量，Spa館設施僅限會員療程前後使用，其它時間恕不開放。
Spa免費提供拖鞋、一次性紙褲、一次性浴帽、美容袍/浴袍、浴巾、毛巾等用品及相關洗浴及保養產品，請各位貴賓珍惜資源，適量使用；用過的毛巾浴袍等請放置於指定的回收籃。
請於療程前卸除首飾以方便美容师操作，私人财物及locker鑰匙需妥善保管，损坏或遗失本馆概不负责。
本馆不提供暂存、保管、转交任何私人财物给他人的服务。
除手足護理療程區外，其它療程房在操作時均為一對一服務，請恕親友不可陪同及觀摩。
如有任何健康方面的隱憂，請務必在療程前告知顧問及美容师，療程中如有任何不適需立即告知美容师。
本館所有服務所使用的產品均為具有品質保障的國際級專業品牌保養品，請恕本館不提供自帶產品的美容服務。由於個體特異性，本館亦無法保證您對本館提供的產品絕對不出現敏感反應，多謝各位貴賓的理解。
结账時請將储物柜的鑰匙歸還Spa前台。
請勿帶領12歲以下小童進入療程區。
請勿攜帶寵物進入Spa館。身·活館保留隨時更改產品、服務內容和定價的權利，恕不另行通知。
