      基础瑜伽
      舒展全身肌肉、协调肌肉与骨骼的关联能动性,改善呼吸、释放身心压力,获得一个全新的自己!通过简单安全的瑜伽基本体式及伸展动作,全方位卸除身体的紧张和疲劳感,疏通气血循环,预防和改善亚健康与慢性疾病。提高身体机能,保持年轻活力,延缓衰老。

      肩颈背舒缓瑜伽
      专门针对久坐及缺乏运动的人群容易出现的腰酸背痛,舒压解乏、柔韧筋骨、疏通循环、促进排毒。一个打通并激活背部及全身的运动,改善紧张佝偻含胸等不良姿势。

      燃脂瑜伽
      通过连续,运动强度相对较大的动态瑜伽动作组合,达到类似有氧的机体刺激,燃脂消肿,在训练肌肉力量的同时结合了肌肉的拉伸,有利于塑造更纤长,细致的肌肉线条。

      流瑜伽
      特别舒展的动态瑜伽,帮助塑造女性纤长体形,特别是胸臀腿部位的线条。对身体器官有非常好的按摩功效,平衡腺体分泌,强化神经。

      温瑜伽
