Our club provides a free physical assessment:Physical assessment allows trainers and students to fully understand their physical conditions (including bone and muscle conditions, etc.). Based on the results of the assessment, the coach will recommend courses and content suitable for training at this stage. With clear goals in training, students will not feel lost and confused; teachers will be able to teach according to their aptitude, making training safer and more effective. Teachers and students will work together and persist towards the student's fitness goal. The physical evaluation lasts about 15-30 minutes, please call 604-278-0779 to make an appointment.
