      The purpose of fitness is to maintain and improve the function and health of the body. At the same time, it can also relieve the pressure of heavy work and life and keep their body and mind in the best state for as long as possible. We understand that there are various types, methods, and intensities of exercise. Everyone's starting point and goal for fitness is different. What do you feel is the best for you? We will help you find out!

       

      Our club provides a free physical assessment:
      Physical assessment allows trainers and students to fully understand their physical conditions (including bone and muscle conditions, etc.). Based on the results of the assessment, the coach will recommend courses and content suitable for training at this stage. With clear goals in training, students will not feel lost and confused; teachers will be able to teach according to their aptitude, making training safer and more effective. Teachers and students will work together and persist towards the student's fitness goal. The physical evaluation lasts about 15-30 minutes, please call 604-278-0779 to make an appointment.

      The courses offered by our fitness clubs are: (click to view details):

      • Dynamic aerobic exercise;
      • A variety of yoga that stretches and relaxes
      • Sculpting and shaping, powerful hot yoga / pilates in static;
      • Rhythmic fitness dance;
      • Hot boxing (aerobic);

      • Our courses combine a variety of fun and interesting auxiliary tools: FOAM ROLLER / roller, PILATES RING / sculpting ring, STABILITY BALL / high resistance ball, FLEX BAND / elastic band, etc ... and various auxiliary instruments hypervibe, Reformer And so on etc., it can help the guests with muscle strength, pain relief, body sculpture and so on.

      We offer three types of course structures to meet your different needs:

      • Group lessons with strong atmosphere: optional courses, no appointment required, on-demand;
      • Exquisite small class courses with more professionalism and clearer training goals: optional courses, which need to be booked in advance, and classes start when 4 people are full;
      • The most targeted, one-on-one, one-on-two private lesson for the purpose of achieving guests' sports goals: optional coach, optional class time, advance reservation required.

      We offer a variety of packages such as single-course, number-of-course packages, and unlimited courses to complement your busy work schedule and life.

      The classroom environment is clean and welcoming, and only Chinese language instruction is provided. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
