The purpose of fitness is to maintain and improve the function and health of the body. At the same time, it can also relieve the pressure of heavy work and life and keep their body and mind in the best state for as long as possible. We understand that there are various types, methods, and intensities of exercise. Everyone's starting point and goal for fitness is different. What do you feel is the best for you? Our club provides a free physical assessment:
Physical assessment allows trainers and students to fully understand their physical conditions (including bone and muscle conditions, etc.). Based on the results of the assessment, the coach will recommend courses and content suitable for training at this stage. With clear goals in training, students will not feel lost and confused; teachers will be able to teach according to their aptitude, making training safer and more effective. Teachers and students will work together and persist towards the student's fitness goal. The physical evaluation lasts about 15-30 minutes, please call 604-278-0779 to make an appointment.
