Free Physical Fitness Assessment

Physical fitness assessment allows both coaches and learners to better understand the learner's physical condition. According to the assessment result, coaches could provide the most suitable lessons and training plans for the learners. With a clear training objective, coaches would be able to help learners more safely and efficiently. 

The physical fitness assessment would take approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Please contact us at +1(604)278-0779 (extension 2) to make an assessment appointment.
