• Warm Up before your Treatment!

    We suggest you to arrive 30 minutes before your treatment time. After a shower, you can enjoy our steam and infrared sauna to warm up your whole body and get ready for the treatment. When the treatment started, please follow the massage therapist to take few deep breath. While you breathing out, try to focus on relaxing all your muscles gradually. After the treatment, spend a bit time relaxing in our sitting area, enjoy some herbal tea, and fall in love with a refreshed and energized new you!
     

    我們建議您於療程前30分鐘到達,沐浴更衣過後,在蒸汽浴室、遠紅外線桑拿或是休息區的一角靜坐片刻,讓紛擾的身心慢慢沈澱......用心感受周圍的環境,精油熏香的氣息,自然舒緩的音樂,是否令妳感到愉悅?藉由對簡單事物的專注,能夠平復紛亂的思緒,讓所有的煩惱都輕輕散去,用心感受現在、此刻的平靜與幸福。對於見到的每個人,請大方給予一個微笑、輕輕地點頭,溫暖及關懷的心意馬上就傳達給彼此。療程開始時,請跟隨美療師的指引,將空氣深深吸入腹部,再慢慢吐出,隨著呼吸吐納,逐漸放松身體的每個部分。在這裡,妳將體驗到一種健康的解壓方式,享受生命的喜悅和美好。療程結束後,花一點點時間靜靜獨處,啜一口花草茶,感受每一個細胞散發出輕盈愉悅的歡樂節奏,擁抱一個更美、更喜悅的自己!
